Alana De La Garza's beauty is awe-inspiring even on tiny screens. De La Garza's parents were Mexican-American and Irish-American. The actress was born in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December in 1976. De La Garza moved soon to Texas, where she studied the field of physical therapy at University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on various acting roles on local independent films as well as global commercials. Despite her small roles, she discovered her passion to act. She moved to New York and in 2001 she scored her first part on the daytime soap All My Children as Rosa Santos. In the early 2000s the small part she played was appearing on JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, her first big-screen series aired on The Mountain. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. She played A.D.A. on Law & Order in 2006. Connie Rubirosa. The actress was on the show for 85 episodes. After a short time, her character moved over to Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated for numerous awards in the character's honor for her role, including Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominees. In 2008, she was awarded the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award for a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza was then selected as a regular actor in CSI Miami. She played Marisol Delko, the wife of the character of David Caruso Horatio Caine. Her most current TV work was in NBC's darker drama Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. After a couple of episodes the show was canceled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. The actress is of Italian heritage and has a younger brother Cory who is 10 years her junior. She was brought up in an orthodox, religious family. Milano began her acting career aged seven after her babysitter joined her in an audition. Out of more than a thousand applicants, she was chosen as one of just four. Milano was featured on television in commercials as well as off Broadway productions like the musical adaptation to Jane Eyre.
